Jens recently completed his Master’s degree in Finance at BI Norwegian Business School, specialising in corporate finance. He’s already a familiar face at Stratema – during his internship from August 2023 to July 2024, he gained a solid introduction to how we work with transactions, analysis and project execution. That makes it especially rewarding to welcome him back – now as a permanent part of the team.
Before joining us, Jens held roles as an audit associate at Baker Tilly Grimsrud & Co and as a Junior M&A Analyst at Norsk Gjenvinning. With experience from both audit and industrial M&A, he brings valuable insight that will strengthen our delivery capacity within the construction segment.
Outside the office, Jens is a passionate drummer and co-owner of an independent record label he co-founded with friends – a clear reflection of initiative, creativity and drive. This combination of structure and curiosity makes him a great team player at Stratema.
